I am Oluwamayowa Amosuro, popularly known as Mayor of ABK and identified by the signature brand SBM — Stunning Brilliant Mind. I am a sustainability leader, industrial and environmental chemist, strategic planner, entrepreneur, and CSR/ESG professional committed to building systems where economic growth, human development, and environmental responsibility coexist.
My journey began with a foundation in Industrial Chemistry, where I learned how scientific innovation drives industrial progress. But the deeper I explored the relationship between industry and society, the more I recognized the environmental and social cost of development that ignores sustainability. That realization led me to pursue a Master’s Degree in Environmental Chemistry, grounding my life’s work in a conviction that continues to guide every decision I make:
Development must never come at the expense of the earth—or the people who depend on it.
I come from the Amosuro lineage, custodians of the sacred Osu “healing fruit,” with my roots deeply connected to Abeokuta, the city that inspired the identity Mayor of ABK. Today, that heritage fuels an expanded purpose: to protect the healing earth while helping communities, institutions, and industries build a more sustainable future.
Over the years, my work has evolved beyond science into strategy, community systems, and institutional partnerships. A defining chapter came through the Guinness World Record campaign led by Queen Ayelabola Ololade, where I served as Strategic Lead, helping coordinate partnerships, public engagement, and the broader impact vision behind a globally recognized achievement. What began as a record-breaking campaign became the seed of a larger movement.
That movement is now known as the Queen Lade’s Dare to Dream Community — a sustainability-driven ecosystem that empowers young people, nurtures talent, and transforms dreams into viable social and economic opportunities aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through this platform, we have designed and executed initiatives in education, youth development, inclusion, entrepreneurship, mobility, and circular economy innovation, engaging communities and building collaborative relationships with government institutions, corporate organizations, and development stakeholders.
In 2026, I served as a Strategic Planner for the inaugural Ogun Fashion Experience, a first-of-its-kind cultural and creative economy initiative in Abeokuta. I helped facilitate strategic engagement with the Ogun State Government, including the Commissioner for Culture & Tourism and senior ministry officials, coordinated corporate partnerships, and secured the participation of Guinness World Record holder Queen Ayelabola Ololade to open the runway in collaboration with an international designer. The event became a significant cultural and economic conversation across Ogun State, reinforcing my ability to connect government, industry, culture, and community around a shared vision.
My entrepreneurial journey is anchored in Hub Unified Businesses & Consult (Hub & C), a multi-sector ecosystem I founded to integrate logistics, mobility solutions, documentation services, media, talent management, and sustainability initiatives under a unified platform. One of its flagship ventures, Hub Links Driving Academy, is being developed as a technology-enabled mobility and road-safety platform that combines driver education, licensing support, and transportation services with broader opportunities for youth employment and community development.
My flagship sustainability project, Passiton, is a circular economy marketplace designed to promote responsible consumption, reuse, and environmental stewardship by giving value to items that would otherwise become waste. Through Passiton, I became a United People Global (UPG) Sustainability Leader & Champion, and I later completed advanced leadership training through the ExCEL Leadership and Entrepreneurial Development Academy (ELEDA). I am currently advancing my expertise through ESG Reporting studies, strengthening my capacity to help organizations align sustainability performance with international reporting and governance standards.
Professionally, I have continued to build practical experience within the industrial sector through my work at Avalon Industrial Park, where I support environmental sustainability and compliance activities across a manufacturing ecosystem that includes significant Chinese industrial investment. This experience has inspired my ongoing Chinese language studies and my doctoral research direction, which focuses on industrial sustainability, recycling systems, and the future of environmentally responsible manufacturing. My goal is to become a bridge between Nigeria’s industrial growth, Chinese investment ecosystems, government institutions, and global sustainability standards.

To drive this mission sustainably, I founded Hub Unified Businesses & Consult (Hub & C)—a multi-sector enterprise designed to integrate entrepreneurship, mobility, logistics, media, talent management, and sustainability into one connected ecosystem. Within this structure, the Mayor of ABK platform, powered by SBM (Stunning Brilliant Mind), serves as the strategic and economic engine behind my work, connecting ventures such as Shuttled By Mayor, Styled By Mayor, Shortlets By Mayor, and other purpose-driven innovations currently in development.
I do not see business as an end in itself; I see it as a vehicle for nation-building, community transformation, and environmental responsibility. Every venture I build is designed to solve a human problem, create economic opportunity, and strengthen the bridge between government, industry, academia, and society.
